Piping Fabrication & Erection

Comprehensive fabrication and erection of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel pipelines for process fluids, gases, and slurries; includes custom fittings like reducers, bends, elbows, tees, and miters; executed per P&ID, isometric drawings, and client specs; full cycle of fit-up, welding (SMAW/GTAW), NDT (RT/UT/DP/MPI), hydro/pneumatic testing (up to 200 bar), insulation, and commissioning for leak-proof, high-performance systems.

Structural Fabrication & Technological Structures

Design-fabrication-erection of industrial structures in CS/SS including pipe racks, platforms, walkways, ladders, equipment supports, and heavy frameworks; compliant with seismic codes, load-bearing calculations, and corrosion protection (painting/galvanizing); precision cutting, rolling, and welding for durability and safety.

Installation & Commissioning

Design-supply-installation-commissioning of electrical systems including HT/LT panels (VCB, MCC, PCC, PDB), cable laying/traying/termination (Cu/Al, armored/single-core); instrumentation loops for pressure/flow/level/temperature transmitters, control valves; PLC/SCADA/DCS integration, VFD drives, motor starters; loop checking, FAT/SAT, functional testing, interlock logic, grid synchronization, and ATEX/Ex-proof certifications for hazardous areas.
